A little box connects every petWALK door to the Internet and opens up groundbreaking new possibilities for you! It allows you to easily control and configure your door from any location on the planet and enables integration with other cloud based services. Hence, petWALK is the smartest pet door available! Skilled customers will be able to upgrade their door by installing the box themselves.

Control via app

Once connected, petWALK.control allows the easy control of the door via the petWALK app, any web browser or Smart Home devices such as Amazon's Alexa&trade. Use a remote, your mobile, a web browser or smart home devices like Amazon Alexa™ to control your door from anywhere. The app was designed to run on android as well as iOS and can be downloaded in the respective app stores.

Voice control

“Alexa, ask petWALK to open the door!” This and similar voice orders will be heard quite often in the near future. petWALK is the first premium pet door which can be controlled not only via remote, mobile device, any web browser or smart home system, but also via personal voice assistants like Amazon´s Echo. Make yourself comfortable, as you do not have to get up every time your pet wants to go out. Lay back and enjoy your freedom!

Does your cat or dog want to go outside while you carry your child or take a relaxing bath? Give your command and petWALK will take over for you. All you need to own is a smart petWALK pet door and of course a personal voice assistant. Those who already have a petWALK door in use will appreciate the modularity of petWALK: upgrading is easily possible as all new product developments can be added on to any petWALK door in use!

Installation

Skilled customers will be able to upgrade their door by installing the box themselves in 3 easy steps. If you plan to install the petWALK.control box yourself, please make sure you order all the necessary accessories for your installation site. If you are not sure, contact our customer service. The petWALK.control box measures: l: 11 cm x w: 5,5 cm x h: 2,2 cm, fitted to be installed inside the petWALK door and connected to the logic board. A detailed installation manual is supplied with the product. In case you do not yet own a petWALK door and order the petWALK.control at once with your petWALK door, the box is installed directly into the door to your convenience.

Funktion

Steuerung per App

Einmal angeschlossen sorgt petWALK.control für die kinderleichte Bedienung der Türe über die petWALK App. Verwenden Sie die Fernbedienung, Ihr Handy, einen beliebigen Webbrowser oder Smart-Home-Geräte wie Amazon's Alexa™ um Ihre Türe von überall zu steuern. Die App ist sowohl für Android als auch für IOS Betriebssysteme erhältlich und kann kostenlos heruntergeladen werden.

Sprachsteuerung

“Alexa, lass den Hund raus!” So lautet der Befehl an Amazon’s Echo™. petWALK ist die erste Premium-Tiertüre, die nicht nur per App auf dem Smartphone, einem Webbrowser, oder einem Smart-Home System gesteuert werden kann, sondern in Zukunft auch mit digitalen Assistenten wie Amazon´s Echo™ kommunizieren kann. Vorbei sind die Zeiten, zu denen Sie der Butler Ihres Haustieres waren! Lehnen Sie sich zurück und genießen Sie Ihre neue Freiheit.

Will Ihr Hund oder Ihre Katze ins Freie, während Sie Ihre Kinder auf dem Arm haben oder ein entspanntes Bad nehmen? Geben Sie Ihren Sprachbefehl und petWALK weiß, was zu tun ist. Alles, was man dafür braucht sind eine petWALK Tiertüre mit eingebautem petWALK.control Modul und ein digitaler, sprachgesteuerter Assistent. All jene, die bereits so eine Türe in Gebrauch haben, werden die Modularität von petWALK schätzen: die Nachrüstung der neuen Produktentwicklungen ist jederzeit möglich!

Einbau

Mit etwas Geschick kann der nachträgliche Einbau von jedem petWALK-Besitzer selbst in 3 einfachen Schritten durchgeführt werden. Wenn Sie den nachträglichen Einbau planen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie die richtige Anzahl von Spacern für Ihre Einbaudicke mitbestellen. Im Zweifelsfall kontaktieren Sie unseren Kundenservice. Das petWALK.control-Modul ist L: 11 cm x B: 5,5 cm x H: 2,2 cm groß und wird in der Türe verbaut und an die Elektronik angesteckt. Eine Anleitung der Einbauschritte mit Bildern wird mitgeliefert. Bei Neubestellung eines Türmoduls und der petWALK.control, bauen wir die Box direkt in die Türe ein.
Wo kann ich die petWALK Tiertüre ansehen und ausprobieren?
- Wir haben ausgewählte Partner, bei denen Sie die petWALK Tiertüre ansehen und ausprobieren können. Diese Partner finden Sie in unserem Shopfinder unter „Show Room“. Sollte sich in Ihrer näheren Umgebung kein Show Room befinden, so können Sie auch die petWALK Tiertüre auf Probe kaufen und bei Nicht-Gefallen innerhalb 30 Tage retournieren.
Wo kann ich die petWALK Tiertüre einbauen?
- Sie können die petWALK Tiertüre in ein Mauerwerk, in ein Paneel oder in Glas einbauen. Wenn Sie die petWALK Tiertüre nachträglich einbauen, ist der Tausch der Glasscheibe die einfachste Variante. Am besten, Sie kontaktieren Ihren Fensterhersteller bzw. den Glaser Ihres Vertrauens. Jeder Fachbetrieb kann Scheiben mit der entsprechenden Öffnung produzieren.
  
  Wie der Einbau in Mauerwerk funktioniert, sehen Sie in diesem Video. Welches Zubehör für welchen Einbauort benötigt wird, lesen Sie hier. Wir empfehlen in jedem Fall unseren Konfigurator für die Bestellung zu nutzen, da z.B. für das petWALK.control Modul ev. zusätzliche Abstandsrahmen (Spacer) oder Tunnelsets nötig sind, die automatisch nach der Auswahl der Dicke des Einbaukörpers in den Warenkorb gelegt werden.
